Welcome to Lymph & Latitude. By booking services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. General Information

  • Lymph & Latitude provides two service areas:
    1. Wellness Services: Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT).
    2. Travel Planning Services: Trip design and booking through Share the Magic Travel.
  • By engaging with our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Wellness Services (ALT)

  • Disclaimer: Assisted Lymphatic Therapy is a supportive wellness service. It is not a medical treatment, diagnosis, or substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult with your physician regarding health concerns.
  • Medical Clearance: Certain conditions may require medical approval before receiving ALT. Clients must disclose accurate health information during intake.
  • Results: Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Aftercare: Clients are responsible for following suggested aftercare practices.

3. Travel Planning Services

  • Independent Suppliers: All travel arrangements are booked through third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines). Lymph & Latitude and Share the Magic Travel act only as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or changes made by suppliers.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for having valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and compliance with destination requirements.
  • Pricing & Availability: All pricing, availability, and promotions are subject to change until booked and confirmed by suppliers.
  • Cancellations & Changes: Each supplier has its own cancellation and change policies. Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms before booking.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule provided at the time of booking.
  • For ALT services, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.
  • For travel services, deposits and payment plans are subject to supplier terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • ALT Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of session.
  • Travel Services: Refunds, credits, or penalties are determined by the supplier(s) and not by Lymph & Latitude. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Wellness Services: Clients release Lymph & Latitude from liability for any adverse effects resulting from ALT sessions, provided services were delivered as described.
  • Travel Services: Lymph & Latitude and Share the Magic Travel are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, and images—is the property of Lymph & Latitude unless otherwise credited. Content may not be copied or reused without permission.
